Vauxhall Zafira - Zafira 2.0DTI - engine problem - daview

My Zafira has developed an engine fault - when first started the electronics light stays on for the first few hundred yards then goes out. The issue is when the car is sat idling it seems as if it is going to cut out, although the revs arent actually dropping. When plugged in it is coming up with 2 faults - PO380 glow plug control circuit or relay and POO70 ambient air sensor circuit

anyone any ideas?

bad contact somewhere.

Glow plugs never go wrong, last for ages.

ambient air sensor - assuming this is the sensor that reports the outside temperature, could have gone wrong. Has it?
