Hi.. I wonder if anyone could help with a problem I have suddenly got with my Mk1 TT? I was driving normally down the road when a loud bang came from the off-side front wheel.. I pulled up and could see no obvious damage but when I turn the steering wheel it goes so far and makes a clunking noise. There's obviously something wrong with it but not sure what? I'm going to have to take it to the garage but could anyone please tell me what the likely cause is and possibly how much I'm expected to pay for repair? Many thanks if anyone can help
