Vauxhall Astra G Petrol 2005 Bertone coupe - Astra coupe traction control mod - graybits

I want to add a traction control switch to my 2005 Astra G Bertone coupe. I have found intructions on how to do it, and I have the parts I need but the problem is that the ABS module on my car not the same as the abs module shown in the instructions. Mine has more pins and mostly small pins. I need to know which is the correct pin to connect the traction control switch to, on my ABS module. On other cars I know it is either pin 25 or 31, but I need to know which is the correct pin on my car 2005 astra G with Z18XE engine. the abs module on my car is infront of the relay box and not underneath. Can anyone help ? cheers..

The Astra-specific forums are probably best for this as it was a common mod among enthusiasts when the cars were new.

I guess you have money to burn doing reverse donuts.

Or he likes being able to move if there's a bit of snow on the ground. Pointless post.

OP:

I fitted the TC defeat switch to my 2003 2.0DTI Astra, there were no issues at all doing so, and the ABS computer was on top of the ABS pump, which was beneath the fuse box.

I'm sure someone on AstraOwnersClub will know how to fit the mod. It is worth doing, I got stuck on a slippy road on a few occasions before I fitted the switch - after fitting just turn off the TC and let it spin a bit and away you go. The TC on the Mk4 Astra is totally rubbish, and a total hinderance.
