astra van echotech - engine cuts out now does not start unless easy sta - r butler

had problems with engine cutting out all lights came on ,wait 2 minutes then it starts ,but now got to a point where it wont start ,been in garage 8 weeks been to vauxhall they cant figure it out,will start with easy start,have replaced cam sensor as advised by aa ,any one out there with a clue!!!!

With the lack of information provided, no.

Echotech? Meaningless. Ecotec? That narrows it down to being an Astra van built since around 1998, so that's something to go on.

Diesel? Petrol? LPG? What size engine? What year is the van? Does it run once it gets the ether, or does it die again? What's been tried other than the cam sensor?
