Renault Megane 2 litre 2004 - Noise when starting engine - Siggsy

Need some advice, I have a Renault Megane 2 litre petrol, 2004, 52,000 miles. Over the past two weeks I have notice a noise coming from the engine when starting my car in the mornings. After driving for a while it disappears.

The noise is fairly hard to describe, its a squeak/whirring noise which happens every two seconds, as mentioned it will continue to happen until the car is driven for a little while. I have had the fan belt replaced and the noise is still there. Any ideas what this could be?

When they replaced the belts, did they replace the tensioners as well?

I'm not sure, they just said the fan belt was replaced. The noise seems to be coming from under the manifold.
