Not the SNP, true to their word they've abolished tolls on Scottish bridges, abolished parking charges at most Scottish hospitals and operated a trial Road Equivalent Tariff on ferries with a view to implementing it on all routes.
Only thanks to the English taxpayers being obliged to subsidise the Scots!
Not true - the Scots fund their free bridges, free prescriptions, free higher education and subsidising their ferries by diverting funds already allocated to Scotland under the Barnett formula - the same formula that's used to allocate funds to English single tier local authorities.
If you don't like the way money is spent in England, blame the English politicians, both national and local.
