I've been an idiot today. I won't bore you with the details but my crappy driving ended with me going over a kerb at about 40mph, I was lucky it only cost me my tyre, I feared alloy wheel plus suspension damage as well! Take care in the wet!

I did exactly the same thing yesterday during a typically BMW driver diconnected brain moment. I kerbed SWMBO's MINI (are they wide or what ?) at single figure mph, no damage only verbal abuse from SWMBO and a dirty look from the other driver that I failed to give way on a hill,. Guilty pleas all round - never do it again.
