I have a Volvo s70, the drivers has start clunking really loudly when being opened or closed. Does anyone know if there is an easy fix to this?

One possibility is that the striker plate has dropped.
It's the part that the door connects to on the body.
It takes a mechanic less than ten minutes to fix.
Easily done yourself ,with a ratchet and star drive bit.
