none - good breakfast on A1 around Doncaster - brignac

Going up to York from Herts and wondered if anyone knows a good cafe truckstop - whatever - for a good English breakfast.

I've found Jayne's Place near Blyth (Notts) anyone know it, or get a better suggestion?

There is a modernised style (4/2011) L Chef northbound on top of the hill past Ferrybridge and an older style one a little bit further on at Barnsdale Bar - if you like LCs.

The OK Diner looks fun. I'll report back on which we try. I think we'll give the LC a miss - but thanks

The Stockyard is excellent and is well worth the diversion on the M18 to get there.

It has won the 'Truckstop of the Year' awards many times:)
