I hope you can help.

A friend of mine has a 1.2, 8v Panda. It is now needing some work on the brakes.

Q1. Is this a non interference engine, (if the cambelt snaps)?

Q2. Is the water pump driven from the cambelt?

Q3. What are the intervals on coolant change? There is no reference to it in the service book.

Q4. What type of coolant is required? It currently has the original “red” coolant.

Q5. Any known big issues with these engines or cars?
