Toyota Corolla 1998 1.3 - central locking and alarm not working - BenRM

My central locking and alarm are not working either with the remote or when using the key.

Problem started after using the internal door lock button (on the drivers door).

A few months ago the driver door stopped centrally locking - the others worked fine and alarm came on.

Today I used the internal door lock button and now central locking and alarm do not function.

Any ideas?

Could this be something to do with the Dome fuse? I read something about it.

I read somewhere about the DOME fuse, think its under the bonnet, which can deterioate and affect the things that it fuses. So will prob change this and see what happens.

The problem was definately linked to using the driver door lock button.

Not sure what effect this has had.

Sorted! Was a blown fuse 30A in the fuse box by the steering wheel.
The internal door lock switch is blowing it though - see other thread
