Just had two new tyres fitted. A fairly pleasant experience using one of the "we come to you " companies.

It struck me how different the tread pattens were new to old.

Should not all treads look similar, if tyres are designed by multi-million £ technology to clear water etc. ? Yet they all seem to have an almost styled look for each manufacturer.

Perhaps I have too much time on my hands .................... !
