When I call any company now and they say the call is being recorded, I say that the same applies to me, i am recording the call too!

I note that if the hourly rate claimed is £36 then the garage have every incentive to collude in this sort of behaviour as costs are so high, and insurers even get a discount on parts but invoice at full price!
