Hi Folks,

Looks ike I have a common problem with the aircon on my Mondeo 1.8 2008 . Drivers well carpets getting damp and pongy . I lifted the carpets etc to do a trace and try dry the damp.While I was drying it I noticed a small rubber tube about three incheds long going from what appears to be the aircon unit and exits via a small white plastic fitting attached to the tunnel just beside the clutch foot reset to drain the aircon water out to the street below , Have identified the part in the Ford Microcat as Part number 4N5H 19A699-AC .

I'm a bit wary of trying to seal the fitting in case I break it as I don't know how its held in .does it have a nut on the oter side etc .Anyone any ideas
