any - HID conversion - balleballe

Im thinking about converting my stock halogen bulbs in my mazda 6 to HID's.

Although a straight 'plug and play' is not that bad in the mazda 6 (with an anti glare mod) i'd rather do it properly and get some HID projectors with a better cut-off and avoid blinding other road users.

Has anyone done a 'proper' retrofit with HID's? Where did you get your projector's from?

Those that have done a 'plug and play' conversion and were happy with the results - which kit did you use?

I've recently done a HID conversion on a BMW motorcycle which has twin headlamp units. The dip beam is an H1 projector unit which has a built-in mask which gives an amazingly sharp cut-off so dazzle isn't a problem. I did the H7 main beam as well because the dip doesn't go off on main beam. I got the kit from Hids4u, very well presented, everything fitted and is good quality and they are technically very aware.
