Just wondering if any can help!

After a 153 mile round trip i have noticed that my car has started to make an intermittent grinding noise normally at high speed between 45-60mph when i take my foot of the throttle and also when i depress the clutch at these speeds.

It doesnt happen at lower speed and sounds fine otherwise!
