VW Polo TDi 1.4 year 2000 W reg - VW Polo TDi glow plug light wont work and neither - farmgirlem

My VW Polo 1.4TDi (year 2000) will not start. When i turn the ignition key the glowplug/heater light in the dash does not come on and the car does not start. When the light does come on the car starts. I have changed the relay. It also appears to happen more in the heat. This morning the car started in the drizzle but hasnt worked for 4 days in the hot.

Any help wouldbe greatly appreciated!

Well the relay had 103 written on it! I went to the motorparts shop and he gave me that one. I swapped it for the same numbered relay behind the fuses.

Ive tried the car this morning and no luck what so ever. Im not sure if maybe it has something to do with the ignition barrel????
