2003 Nissan Primera 2.0 Auto P12 - Timing Chains

2003 Nissan Primera 2.0 Auto P12 - Timing Chains - Try this

I am trying to remove the front cover to expose the timing chains, but the bottom right corner appears stuck. I do not want to force it but I can not see any obvious reason it will not come off. I am obviously missing something, can anyone help?
