More than likely the release bearing is starting to eat its way through the fingers of the diaphragm.
You should be in neutral with the handbrake on probably why your release bearing is going US.
yes is true .. i am noramlly in neurtral but I will keep that in mind.. do i have to change the entire clutch for this problem?..

Probably advisable as you have to remove the g/box anyway.
