When you operate the switch can you hear any noises? Yes - it's a mechanical fault - No it's electrical.

Take off the door card. Put a multimeter across the window motor lead terminals (once it's disconnected from the motor). Operate the switch.

Is it getting power? No - then check the fuse or replace the switch.

If it is then it's the window motor.
