I'm trying to find the manual gearbox oil spec for my 2002 Nissan Almera 1.8 and was wondering if anyone had any idea?

I've seen 75W-80 mentioned on the web, Opie Oils say it's an MTF oil that's required and my main dealer say it's 75W-90.

I'm a bit confused!
