Renault Scenic fidji 1.6 2003 - front electric windows - wifesmota

Can anyone help? the front windows on the wifes scenic have gone mad, when i i pull the passenger window up thedrivers window goes down then when the drivers window is up as soon as i turn the car off the drivers window goes down! whats going on?
