Good to see that the courts are teaching bad drivers a lesson!

Unfortunately, it only reinforces my already low opinion of the judiciary.

On the positive side it shows one of Britain's few remaining growth industries (litigation, lawyers etc) are doing terrifically well to get people off of these bans!

We must have stunning law schools or something in this country.

I was going to post about this but someone got here before me.

Not only is there this man in Swindon still driving legally with 39 points on their licence but there are over 600 people still allowed to drive in South West England who have over 12 penalty points on their licence.
