Can anyone suggest where I can get a good quality car cover (weather protection ) for a Caterham 7 without having to go to Caterham and pay their ever so slightly over the top price.

Pop into any auto trim workshop or canvasser serving the marine trade.
I had a Pimlico kit car several years ago. The company wanted £100 to retrim a rear seat for a mini to go into it, even though I already had the matching material for the front seats. I just popped into an auto trim place in Leicester where they did the same job for less than £50
You'll get a really professional job done for a fraction of the price!

Try these websites, they all make tailored covers but they can be pricy;
www.classicadditions.co.uk
www.covercraft-europe.com
www.dbcovers.co.uk
www.thoroughbred-covers.co.uk
Or just try a search on Yahoo/Google

Or go to a good camping shop who will either have awning makers on site or wiil have contacts.
