Any - speed Camera: How long does it take? - starfield

I may have been flashed the other day; it may have been me or the car behind me.

How long does it take for me to receive the paper/fine through the letter box?

Has to be delivered to the listed address of the registered keeper within 14 days of the offence.

I thought it was "sent within 14 days" not delivered.

14 days , The Camera may have been inactive ( some just flash)

You get an NIP first asking for the driver's details and you get twenty eight days to reply to that before any further action.
