Electrics have been checked and new sensors put in just in case
A modern car engine has a lot of electrics. They can't all have been checked!
If the rail pressure is normal under cranking conditions and the injectors are KNOWN to be good, then the problem must lie with injections not being triggered. Could be anything from crankshaft sensor to a fault in the wiring loom from the crank sensor to the ECU , or from the ECU to the injector solenoids.
When you say the 'bar pressure is fine', do you mean that the pump has been tested in situ and the fuel rail pressure is within bounds, or merely that the pump has been tested on a bench and found to operate?
Never seen an injector actually visibly 'leak fuel'. Injector dribble is quite hard to see visually.
