I was wondering if anyone could give me a ball park figure for what this massive service should cost on my 2003 VW Golf?

I'm bracing myself for the worst as I believe its time for the cambelt to be changed :(

If anyone can recommend a decent garage around Chiswick (W4) that would also be great!
