I puchased a 2005 Audi A6 Allroad during October 2010, from Evans Halshaw. An onging group of problems cannot be resolved. 1) The suspension air pump cuts in regularly during a journey (or when stationary), even with the suspension on the lowest setting. It does not raise the suspension when it does. E.H. state it is just topping up the system. 2) Whenever I go over a bump in the road or ramp in a car park, the front steering or suspension rattles. I can hear it but worst of all I can feel it in my foot on the accelerator pedal. 3) When I start up the engine is very noisey, sounding a bit like an old timing chain rattling in its housing and hitting the sides. This reduces when the engine is warm but is still noisey on tickover, and while driving I can feel a rumble /vibration through my foot on the accelerator. 4) Regularly but not always, and usually from standstill, when I am at a giveway, I put my foot down on the accelerator and absolutely nothing happens, as though the car was going to cut out, then after about 2 seconds it pulls away, sometimes dangerous in situations when you need to pull away and get out of the way, like on busy roundabouts. Can anyone advise, Dickrv, Sunderland
