Renault Scenic 1600cc petrol - clunky auto gear box - frogger french

Hi, I have a 1600cc petrol renalt scenic, on an 07 plate, when the car moves from 1st to 2nd it seems to hesitate and then clunks into 2nd, all the other gears seems to be fine, also as of late when I put the car in reverse it also clunks.

The car has only done 22,000 miles I would of thought it would last longer than this, can you help me?
