My friend has a set of neuspeed passat lowering springs. These won't fit on my 3.0 will they?many thanks..

My thoughts are 'if it ain't broke, don't fix it'. The 3.0 version of the Passat might have special VW springs already to cope with the extra weight of the larger engine, so your friend's kit might be unsuitable even if the bits fit physically.
