What really annoyed me was the bit where it says that it's now possible that an uninsured driver may be fined as little as £50. Kind of sends out the wrong message to me.

It's a real shame we can't make it so that you can't fill up with fuel without insurance/tax/MOT (although I suspect it could but it would cost too much money).
