If there are no contact details then walk away. There are no physical contact details (I don't consider an email address to be a contact detail). Don't be fooled by telephone numbers which can easily be divereted or serviced.
If there is an office address, do a quick search and see if it is a serviced office or a bona fide one.
If there is no company registration number then they are breaking the Companies Act 2006 - they either don't know the law or aren't incorporated, so be careful. If there is a company reg number, look up on Companies House website to see how long they have been around for. If only a few months, approach carefully. Companies very often disappear when their VAT return is due.
This looks, what it is - a scam. It has been produced, IMO, very cheaply and badly and far too obvious that it is dodgy.
