5th gear last night, pointed out that Bi fuel and LPG cars are exempt from the London congestion charging scheme even though the exact same sized car running conventional fuel isnt:-))) mmmmmmm.....

Thought that despite the presenter, Adrian Simpson, (why do I dislike that individual sooooo much) some good points were made about the lack of joined up thinking on this one.
eg a clapped out minibus is also exempt even with just one occupant.
Perhaps then the centre of London will become a haven for travellers and their old buses. They deserve each other IMHO.
