Syphon it out.

Detach tube to washers and pump it out to floor or container (this may burn out washer pump if done in one continual operation).

Hose pipe into washer bottle filler neck on a gentle pressure until it overflows and keep flushing until water runs clear then thoroughly wash off surrounding area with clean water. Add some strong screenwash solution to stop the new water freezing.
