toyota celica 1997 1.8st - heated rear window not working - beddowes1

have asked on other sites but no answer.hope someone can help

heated rear window has stopped working .Fuses are ok can hear one relay clicking behind dash when it is switched on .Have been told there are others anybody know there location?

no power at the rear element so want to check the connnections

do the rear plastic covers on the tailgate just prise off-cant see any external fixings

I doubt very much if there is more than 1 relay for the hrw system.Even though the relay is clicking,it could still be faulty.You need to trace the wiring back from the tailgate as the wiring may be broken near the hinge.I think the trims just pop off .However may be a bit tricky in the cold weather.hth
