DId you ever get anywhere with this one? I have had an intermittent cut out in my 59 reg Grand Voyager and have reported it to the dealer and Chrysler UK. They have carried out tests and can't reproduce the fault, therefore it doesn't exist. It is the car that my wife uses for the school run for our 5 children. I cannot accept that there is no fault as I was driving in the middle lane of the M4 at 70 mph when it cut out the second time. Luckily the power still worked so the brakes and indicators worked and I managed to get to the hard shoulder before putting it in neutral.
This is the 3-4 major fault with this car since I bought it and I want a replacement. Can you or anyone else suggest how I can get Chrysler to do the right thing and replace this car?
