Despite driving a Ford Ka (02), i still want the best possible tyres that balance road noise, longevity, wet / dry braking, handling not that bothered about price if i know i'm getting the best tyres.

I was waiting to see if there were any new tyres out this winter that balanced winter / summer conditions, but nothing new seems available in my size (165 65 13).

I've seen mixed reviews on black circles, and tyre review websites, and the recent auto express review didnt seem to cover any tyres available in my size.

I am currently on the stock, Kleber tyres which i have found very durable, with no speicifc issues.

I see Yokohama have a new A.drive tyre out...any views?

Any recommendations?

p.s. - I also like the idea of going for a new tyre model, as i don't like the fact that the tyres may have been sitting around for months... can i request recently manufactured tyres when i goto the fitters?
