Hello everybody, I'm interested in buying used cars without mot and taxes. I'm not living in UK at the moment but i have some friends in London, so they will help me to buy cars. Can you share any links to search for such cars?

Its now I believe illegal for registered dealers to take cars that are not taxed and mot'd so they do not have this stock to dispose off.Scrapyards are another source but you would have to find one who is a little dishonest.You could always advertise for them in local rags but then you have to transport them and keep a place to keep them.

Do you know any links such as copart.co.uk where they are selling damaged cars ( categories D and C). These cars are without mot and taxes and some of them are undamaged(categories X and U). They are stolen recovered or just some scratches on the side.

Autotrader magazine there are thousands of damaged cars for sal if you think for one minute you are going to make a fortune with these forget it.

A few in local papers but now that scrap has gone up people tend to sell them for re-cycling! Beware of cars that say "needs small amount of work for" MOT as if that is the truth they would do it and get £100's more. I am very dubious yourplan would make money these days!
