I'm afraid it's probably bad news. You may be able to open the door and give it a good lubrication.
Suggestions to make the lock unlock have been smacking the door (with palm of hand to not damage bodywork) while pressing the unlock button,
Some suggest leaning against the door handle while pressing unlock, or pressing the lock button with another door open so that it locks then unlocks straight away.
If none of those work, I'm afraid it's a new lock. The good news is they aren't very very expensive from the dealer, but the bad news is that you will have to take a hammer and chisel to the lock. To get to it, you need to remove the door panel with the door closed. Try removing the seat cushion base to get more room to work.
The seat bases are easy to remove. Just fold the base forwards and squeeze together the metal caches holding them to the floor.
Best of luck!
