Any - Headlamp Bulb - Collos25

I new I had read it, Under EU law ECE-R-48 any car built after 2010 you must be able to change the headlamp bulb without any special tools and without consulting or using a workshop.If you cannot chage it in a reasonable time the main agents must change free of charge.Source Autobild today.

Good lets hope dealers and manufactures take notice,why should anybody take a car apart to change a headlamp bulb.

it's a start but there are still too many foolish designs that require wholesale dismantling to change the simplest of parts.

I once had a Volvo V70 where the front bumper had to be removed the change the screen wash pump. Volvo had to pay for that twice under warranty!

What about replacing Xenon's? I thought due to the voltage this is always a 'dealer fit' recommendation. Does this mean that they'll do it for free?
