Car keeps locking itself owner complains a few seconds after starting car locks itself

when she leaves car for a few secondswith key off but still in ign she has to ensure

to leave drivers door window down does anyone know of any known issueswith these

have you delved into the comfort module to see what faults appear ? is the car fitted with an aftermarket radio ? this can have a relevance on the central locking ?
