is this worth anything (Dunlop Car Badge) - johnpassat
is this worth anything? mygrandad gave it me about 20 years ago, apparently it was screwed onto the front
of a race car. no other details on it. If anyone can shed any light on it.

I think the Dunlop motor club may still exist.

(Quite a few of my friends were member of the Birmingham University motor club, and I'm sure they competed together with Dunlop and lots of others in the 1980s).

PS I remember when many employers had a motor club. I was a member of the unilever one - mainly for access to their tools. I remember borrowing a decent torque wrench, ramps, axle stands, road spring compressors, and valve spring compressors at various times (my cars were a bit less reliable in those days!)
