ford puma 1.7 - puma 1.7 jerking when decelerating - pumaproblem

Hi,my friends puma jerks when you let your foot off the throttle,
I have removed the idle control valve and cleaned it with carb cleaner,but there is still a problem.
any help would be greatly appreciated,thanks
