Citroen Xsara estate 1999 - Boot wont open - Sweetlittlevici

HI,

I really hope someone can help. My boot wont open.

If I press the button on my key to unlock the car, all the doors unlock but not the boot. When I put the key into the lock manually, the key doesnt turn???

I would really appreciate it if someone could help, not practical when having to put buggy into the boot via the backseat.

Can you get into the boot or remove the back seat to open the boot from the inside?Or maybe a new battery for the key.Or put the key in the ignicion turrn the key dont start the engine push the button on the key untill you hear the buzzer.Could also be a break in the cable between car body and boot lock.I cant think of anything else.
