I suspect many prefer to source original doors off a same age motor from a breakers Pat. It`s what I did last time - easy, a five minute job with no trim to swap and the quality of the manufacturers original build.
The last time I looked around a sc***yard French cars were the very best for galvanizing. torn metal on damaged bodywork was not even starting to rust. You would never get that quality of galvanizing (really none) on a none original body part.
All the best ;-)
