Car is fitted with a mondeo tdci engine, turbo not spooling up i believe, at idle the turbo actuator arm should push fully outwards, i then removed feed pipe from turbo actuator with engine idling and found no pressure at all used MITY.VAC on actuator to push actuator arm out no side play found on turbo shaft and turn freely with fingers...
