Hunt the washer - Mikey Jay
Not the most exciting posting I'm afraid,but does anyone know where I could obtain a replacement sealing washer and filter gauze for one of those glass bowl filters you used to see on tractors.The washer,made from some kind of rubber is approximately 50mm in diam and sits on the rim of the bowl which is secured underneath by a thumbwheel. The old washer has gone hard and wont seal properly. Any ideas. I bet Dave W has some idea. Kind regards,Mike.

Try Fergiland, address escapes me but a web search will pull it up. Or maybe an agricultural dealer.
