Hi guys - posting this on behalf of my father who can't use computers!

Right, his 1997 Ford Galaxy 2.3 Ghia Petrol failed it's MOT his morning due to the exhaust.

He has been told he's gonna need a complete new one including cat, he's a bit peeved off to say the least!

What's he looking at price wise supplied and fitted? Anyone know?

Ring National Tyres and Ford Fast fit and ask them the costs, fitted. Regards Peter

I'll get him to ring them, cheers.

He has told me he's been quoted £500 fitted not sure by whom is that expensive? he doesn't have a clue!

Quick question, if he was to source the parts himself would a Garage just do the fitting??

he seems to think not!

He's near Manchester if anyone can recommend anyone.

I've had a look around the net for him and come up with this site,

seems cheap - not sure if that's the complete system though although the part codes seem the same as the ones on the onlineautomotive site.

Anyone know?
