kia sedona - how do i change camshaft sensor kia sedona - chakota

Hi,

My daughter has been told she needs a new camshaft sensor and air mass sensor for her kia sedona , can i do this myself and where to obtain parts or is it a specialist job.

I can't believe nobody has responded. I think you should refer to the workshop manual: how do you know these need replacing? I would suspect that these can be purchased secondhand from many places, for example breakers, ebay etc.

Many thanks for replying , she took it into kia and they diagnosed either camshaft sensor or maf meter . They said one of the two could be at fault , so to replace both they want £550 . I got a maf meter on ebay and had that put in but has not made any difference so i suspect camshaft sensor.
