Hello,

Would apppreciate some help with a problem on the above vehicle which is driving me and my local garage mad. Emissions light came on and car down on power. Fault code read as P1592 so replaced turbo boost switch. Car was ok for about a week then problem recurred. Garage carried out a live data check and given the boost switch has been replaced came up as Air mass meter which was replaced under warranty.

Got car back yesterday and drove ok for 10miles before problem back again.

Any suggestions regarding where to go from here very welcome.

Hi i had kinda same problem with a Bora 130 bhp i had, i changed boost valve sensor but didnt change Aif mass meter still no change so i replaced all vacuum hoses on it and that done the trick. start with main vacuum hose from turbo to boost valve sensor then try it, hope this helps
